What does MDware Loyalty for Retail offer?

Spend-based Loyalty

MDware Loyalty lets your customers earn credit based on their spendings in your shop. You define the % or points customers earn on each sale, we make sure they can use it on future visits.

Migration service

MDware is happy to help out and migrate your existing customer-loyalty base from a previous system or provider. Please contact us for more info!

Plug and play

Setting up MDware Loyalty is a 5-minute job and is very easy. Use our support documentation or contact our sales team for a 20-minute onboarding session.

Existing discounts & treshold

In the configuration, you can choose to skip items with a discount attached. This way you make sure customers don't get rewarded twice. You can also define a spending treshold, so your customers are required to earn a minimum amount to be able to spend.

Omnichannel loyalty

Multi-Location & loyalty on receipt

MDware Loyalty supports one customer base per Lightspeed Retail environment. In multi-shop cases, customers can earn credit in one specific shop and use it in another. Loyalty credit can be displayed and printed on the sales receipt in Lightspeed.
